SpineSearch is working with a well-established and growing physical therapy group in Houston and is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join its collaborative clinical team. With over 21 full-time and 5–6 part-time therapists currently on staff—and capacity to add additional providers—this organization offers strong mentorship, flexible scheduling, and long-term growth opportunities.This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced clinicians. The team includes several senior therapists who provide structured support and mentorship for early-career professionals.Practice Highlights

• Large, established team: 21+ full-time PTs and 5–6 part-time PTs

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in Texas
• Open to new graduates or experienced providers
