Rapid Geo Pty Ltd is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing geotechnical engineering consultancies, and we’re looking for multiple enthusiastic entry-level engineers or geologists to join our construction phase engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in geotechnical engineering with plenty of hands-on field experience and genuine career progression.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Australian driver’s licence (or ability to obtain one)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Construction Phase Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll be working on major infrastructure and building projects across Sydney, including:

• Pile inspections
• Excavation inspections
• Bearing capacity inspections
• Proof rolling and subgrade assessments
• Site investigations and geotechnical testing
• Preparing site records and technical reports
• Working closely with contractors, builders and project managers
