As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a key role in qualifying leads, verifying client details, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. You will work closely with our business development team to support sales efforts while providing outstanding customer service. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What You’ll Do
  • Qualify and verify incoming leads, ensuring they are routed to the correct team.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and actively identify sales opportunities.
  • Assist in converting inquiries into sales prospects.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, always with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking sales progress.
  • Support the business development team with research, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Build rapport and deliver professional, friendly, and confident customer interactions that drive sales.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales process.

Who You Are
  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in sales (no prior experience required).
  • Native-level or near-native English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable speaking with potential clients over the phone and online.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to take initiative.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional, personable, and client-focused, with an eagerness to build relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (training provided).
