Title: Full-Stack Engineer – Fintech & Vertical SaaS
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: On-Site – San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 + 0.5%–0.75% equity
Visa Sponsorship: Open to H1-B transfer or TN (no full sponsorship)

We are building API-first accounting software and bookkeeping services for vertical SaaS platforms and neobanks that serve small and medium-sized businesses. Our mission is to seamlessly integrate financial operations into the platforms where SMBs already operate, delivering a radically improved accounting experience while enabling our partners to increase customer engagement and revenue. Founded in 2023 and backed by early-stage investors, we are a small but growing team tackling one of the biggest pain points in SMB operations.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer passionate about fintech or vertical SaaS, who thrives on high levels of product ownership and wants to contribute to building not just a product, but a company and team culture. You’ll work across our tech stack to plan, build, and deploy products that serve both developers and end users, while also engaging with customers during implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship full-stack products with a focus on developer experience and scalability.
- Perform testing, deployment, and monitoring of the products you build.
- Act as a technical liaison for customers during implementation phases.
- Collaborate closely with a team dedicated to solving critical SMB accounting challenges.
- Participate in hiring efforts, including interviewing potential team members.
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in frontend, backend, or full-stack engineering.
- Strong technical skills across modern web development frameworks and tools.
- Comfortable balancing technical and business tradeoffs to align with company goals.
- Excited about both building products and helping shape team culture.
- Passionate about improving SMB operations through innovative software solutions.
