Die Rolle: CX Agent Du wirst Teil unseres CX-Teams und sorgst dafür, dass Bikmo auch weiterhin der führende Versicherer für Fahrradliebhaber bleibt, indem du unseren Kunden ein erstklassiges Erlebnis bietest. Du wirst die freundliche und professionelle Stimme sein, die die Kunden durch alle Kontaktpunkte mit Bikmo führt und für ein nahtloses und angenehmes Erlebnis sorgt. Du hast die Möglichkeit, deine Problemlösungskompetenz einzusetzen und Radfahrern aller Erfahrungsstufen individuelle Lösungen und fachkundige Beratung zu bieten.

Wichtigste Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Du bist der/die Ansprechpartner:in, wenn es um die Schnittstelle zwischen Fahrradwelt und Versicherung geht – mit fundiertem Know-how und persönlicher Unterstützung auf allen Kommunikationskanälen wie Telefon, Live-Chat und E-Mail.
• Du beantwortest Kunden- und Interessentenanfragen mit echter Leidenschaft, gehst dabei auch mal einen Schritt weiter und findest kreative Lösungen.
• Mit deinem tiefen Verständnis für unsere Fahrradversicherungen hilfst du Kund:innen schnell und kompetent, das passende Produkt zu finden.
• Du begleitest Kund:innen beim Schadenfall und sorgst für einen reibungslosen, effizienten Ablauf.

Sie sind eine selbständige Person mit hoher Eigeninitative, die ihre Zeit selbst einteilen und Prioritäten setzen kann und mit Menschen zusammenarbeiten kann, die unterschiedliche Arbeitsstile in verschiedenen Zeitzonen haben. Wir sind der Meinung, dass der beste Arbeitsansatz darin besteht, unseren Teammitgliedern Autonomie und Verantwortung für ihre Aufgaben zu übertragen. Was wir suchen

Wir suchen einen Bewerber, der unsere Werte verkörpert und über die entsprechenden Fähigkeiten verfügt. Das bringen Sie mit:

• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich (Pflicht). Zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
• Erfahrung: Hintergrund im Kundenservice oder Customer Experience, idealerweise in Deutschland und Österreich.
• Leidenschaft: Für Fahrradfahren oder Erfahrung in verwandten Branchen wie Fahrradversicherung, Outdoor oder Bike-Leasing (von Vorteil).
• Stärken: Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sich in Kund:innen aus unterschiedlichen Hintergründen einzufühlen.
• Reisebereitschaft:Bereitschaft, für Meetings, Events und Teamevents zu reisen.

The role: CX Agent

To join our CX team and continue to deliver a world-class experience to customers, keeping Bikmo as the leading insurer for bike lovers. You’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that guides customers through their insurance journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You'll have the opportunity to flex your problem-solving skills, delivering personalised solutions and expert advice to cyclists of all levels. You’ll bring in-depth knowledge of the German or Austrian bike leasing market and a strong understanding of the role insurance plays in this space, helping to drive growth and build our presence in the European market.

Your mission

• Be the go-to expert at the crossroads of cycling and insurance, offering expert guidance and support across a range of communication platforms; phone, live chat, email.
• Handle customer and potential customer inquiries and issues with a genuine passion for helping, going above and beyond to provide solutions.
• Offer in-depth knowledge of our cycling insurance products and help customers find the perfect fit.
• Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Your approach to work

You will be a self-directed person who can manage your own time and can collaborate with people who have different working styles in different timezones. What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a candidate who embodies our values and has the skills to match. You’ll need:

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken (essential). Additional language skills are a bonus but not required.
• Experience: Background in customer experience or customer service roles, preferably in Germany and Austria.
• Passion: For cycling or experience in related sectors like bike insurance, outdoor industries, or bike leasing (advantageous).
• Strong: Communication skills and the ability to empathise with customers from diverse backgrounds.

• This is a fully remote role to cover the DACH markets so you must be based in one of those markets and be able to travel regularly.
