What is this challenge about

• Gathering and analysis of business requirements for new and ongoing projects;
• Managing and responding to support requests;
• Writing specifications and User Stories;
• Defining the planning for Implementation of requests/ projects;
• Track and report project progress;
• Identifying new user needs or improvements.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience with similar roles;
• Professional experience with ESS (Employee Self-Service) modules;
• Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint;
• Experience with SQL;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in an international environment;
• Organization, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;
• Good client relationship;
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory).
