Community Carer IMMEDIATE START, Hospital Discharge

Job Title: Community CarerLocation: Newport and Cwmbran Job Description:Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a number of Community Carer roles. Responsibilities:

• Assess the level of support required and complete timely reports.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals and outcomes.
• Administer medication
• Maintain medical aides, such as catheters and stomas.
• Prepare meals and provide companionship.

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering exceptional care, with a fun and empathetic personality.
• Full training will be provided in-house.
• At least one year of experience as a Support Worker (preferred).
• At least six months of UK experience for overseas applicants.
• A valid driving licence (required).

Job types:

• Full-time
