Human Resources Generalist

Overview: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting coordination, and organizational initiatives within a growing organization. This role will work closely with leadership and employees to help maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
• Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Help administer benefits, performance management, and training initiatives
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and processes
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational and people-related initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in human resources, recruiting, or employee support functions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and standard HR practices is a plus
