About this Position:
Job Title: Project Lead/ADABAS Natural Programmer
Required Skills and Experience: • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases. • Experience working in the NaturalONE/Eclipse environment. • Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems (Retirement Claims knowledge is a plus). • Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues. • Comfortable providing training, mentoring, and support to junior or permanent staff. • Ability to collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with JCL, batch and online processing. • Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation. • Understanding of software version control and development best practices. • Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.
Education: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
