Job Description:
Are you an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator looking to grow your career with a supportive and purpose-driven team?
  
We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinators with experience across Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 Support Coordination to join our team in Malaga.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping NDIS participants understand their plans, connect with the right services, and achieve their personal goals.

About the Role
As a NDIS Support Coordinator, you will work closely with participants, families, carers, service providers and stakeholders to ensure participants receive the right support and guidance throughout their NDIS journey.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
  • Connecting participants with suitable providers and community services
  • Building participant capacity and independence
  • Monitoring plan progress, budgets and service delivery
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Liaising with families, carers, allied health professionals and NDIS representatives
  • Supporting participants with complex needs, where required

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Tertiary Qualification in relevant disciplines.
  • Experience as NDIS Support Coordinator at Level 1, 2 or 3
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and participant-focused support
  • Experience using PRODA and NDIS-related portals
  • Ability to manage participant information, service bookings and documentation through relevant NDIS systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
  • Experience with complex cases, psychosocial disability, crisis support or specialist support coordination will be highly regarded.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary from $70,000 – $90,000, based on experience
  • KPI Commision and Travel allowances will be provided.
