Must meet New Zealand barbering and visa requirementsAbsolute musts:

Also absolute musts:

• Haircut (single service): 20–25 minutes
• Haircut + beard trim + line-up (triple service): 35–40 minutes
• These times are expected without sacrificing quality.
• Premium product-seller extraordinaire - destroy sales targets

Proven experience working in a busy barbershopStrong technical skills (fades, tapers, scissor work, beard grooming, wet-shaves)
Ability to hit the required service times consistently
Confident selling premium retail products (this is mandatory), it's a big part of the business.
