Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. The Sales Executive will work closely with various departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using IT systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Organise meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups in a timely manner to optimise sales opportunities.

Skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications.
  • Valid driving licence with the willingness to travel as required.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple clients and tasks.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Good organisational skills to plan daily activities strategically.
