Job Description:

  • Advising and consulting small and medium-sized businesses to help them grow through social media advertising
  • Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB market
  • Supporting and extending self-service advertising solutions for clients
  • Providing both pre-sales and after-sales support
  • Guiding clients on tools, products, and marketing strategies
  • Identifying trends and sharing customer feedback with the engineering team

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit/residency card (mandatory)
  • Native level of French and fluent English (B2–C1 minimum)
  • Sales mindset or previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Reliability, motivation, and commitment to delivering results
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism

What’s in it for you?
  • Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
  • Probation period: 30 days before contract signing
  • Working hours: Rotating shifts, 5 days/week, 8h/day, Monday to Sunday, 8 am – 6 pm
  • Salary package (two options):
    • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month
    • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month

  • Compensation during training (15 days): 50% of hourly wage with lower tax rate

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
