Title: Aquaculture Farm ManagerOccupation: Aquaculture FarmerSalary: $76,515 - 95,000 plus super (depending on experience)Employer: Yarra Valley Caviar Pty LtdLocation: multiple locations VICHours: Full time 38 hours per weekExperience Required: min 1 year in a relevant roleVisa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include· Monitoring of Fish health· Daily feeding and quality checks· Disease management· All logistical aspects of the farm and restocking· Harvesting of Salmon roe· Live transport of fish to market· Hatchery management/maintenance· Supervision of staff· Monitoring of screens, oxygen and temperatures· EPA compliance record keeping Skills required:· Forklift and Backhoe operation· Fish milking, including using anesthetics· Fire arms licence is required· Manufacturing caviar from salmon roe· First aid officerPLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
