Job Summary-We are seeking an proactive, and highly organised Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and operate efficiently.This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in driving property performance, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and delivering operational excellence across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of residential properties
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules
- Complete the portfolio property inspections
- Complete the portfolio checkouts at end of tenancy
- Complete inventories ahead of move in
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and housing regulations
- Manage budgets, service contracts, and operational expenses
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant enquiries and issues
- Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
- Maintain accurate property records and reporting documentation
Requirements
- Experience in residential property management is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes and housing regulations preferred but not essential
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Full UK driving licence required
