2 X Diesel Mechanic & Trailer Mechanic

LDJ Logistics is seeking an experienced Diesel / Trailer Mechanic to join our growing workshop team in Adelaide. We are looking for a motivated and reliable mechanic who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and helping keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently.Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. We welcome applications from qualified mechanics currently in Australia or overseas who meet the relevant visa requirements.Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair heavy diesel trucks and semi-trailers
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, braking and suspension faults
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Repair air brake systems, axles, wheel bearings, landing legs and trailer components
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure NHVR compliance
• Complete maintenance records and job reports
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent
• Experience working on heavy vehicles and trailers
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience with air brake systems and trailer maintenance
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• HC/MC driver's licence is an advantage
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
