• Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Full-Time: 38–40 hours per week
• Part-Time: Hours negotiable
• Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is essential
• Working Hours:
• Weekdays: Dinner service only
• Weekends: Full-day shifts

Pay Rate (Part-Time)

• $28 – $35 per hour, depending on experience and skills

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
• Ability to break down whole fish and prepare sushi toppings (neta)
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good hygiene and food safety standards
