Begin date: 5/1/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 1 Job Duties: Workers will operate various agricultural machinery to assist in planting, cultivating, harvesting, and storing grain crops, including wheat, soybeans, and canola, across approximately 5,500 acres. Duties include driving tractors, grain carts, and field tillage equipment; attaching and detaching implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and planters; and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned. Workers will assist with daily machinery checks, minor mechanical troubleshooting, and reporting any operational issues to supervisors. Responsibilities also include monitoring and recording field conditions and machinery use. Additional tasks involve maintaining a clean work environment and performing general upkeep of farm facilities, including moving supplies, cleaning shop areas, and basic manual labor related to field preparation and support. Training will be provided to safely operate farm equipment. Workers may also be required to assist with post-harvest field work and seasonal preparation for the next crop cycle. This position is essential to meet the labor demands during the critical spring to fall harvest season and ensure timely completion of operations before winter. All duties are performed under the direction of the farm owner or supervisor. Workers must be willing to perform all related agricultural tasks as needed and follow all safety protocols.
