Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Subway Sandwich Artists. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious customised sandwiches and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. • Prepare customised sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sanitising surfaces and utensils regularly.
• Handle transactions accurately at the till, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods.
• Uphold the company’s standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
