Global engineering consultancy | Major hyperscale data centre projects
This global consultancy has multiple hyperscale data centre projects underway, including a brand-new flagship project that needs an Associate / Associate Director – Electrical to help lead it.
These projects are fully secured.
You won’t be chasing work. You’ll be building a team and delivering complex electrical systems on one of the largest data centre programs in the country.
Data centre experience is not essential. Crazy to say, but this client understands the current market shortage and is happy to work with the right person to get them UPS to speed on DC projects.
What matters is that you’ve delivered complex electrical infrastructure and understand critical power systems. If you’ve worked on major hospitals, infrastructure, defence, industrial or large commercial projects and understand resilience, redundancy and backup power systems such as UPS, that foundation translates well.
You’ll be:

• Working directly on hyperscale data centre projects
• Leading and hiring electrical engineers to deliver the work
• Acting as the electrical lead across design and coordination
• Building and mentoring a growing team
• Engaging directly with major clients and builders

This is about capability, not title. Senior, Associate or Associate Director level candidates are all worth a conversation if you can lead complex systems and grow a team.
There’s a mix of office and site exposure, and the opportunity to shape a team around a flagship hyperscale project from the ground up.

Salary can exceed $200K for the right person. The business is open to sponsoring exceptional overseas candidates and will provide full relocation support.
