We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER).   • Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
  • A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.


Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full time hours - 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.Shifts: 12 hour shift options available. CompensationBase Pay Range: USD $32.62 - $45.82 / hr based on work experiencePay Differentials by shift: Shift differentials offered

----------------------Responsibilities Include:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). The RN will provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care during their time in the facility.The RN will oversee the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks and ensure that care is consistent with established protocols. They will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs, ensuring holistic care delivery.Key responsibilities include performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, providing patient education, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times. The RN will also demonstrate strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills in various clinical settings. Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Participate in quality and safety programs, adjusting practices as necessary to meet institutional goals.

  • Adhere to infection control standards and universal precautions to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Practice patient safety protocols, using proper identification methods for all patients.
  • Provide clear and accurate patient education, ensuring that patients and families understand diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures safely, monitoring patients for potential reactions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of patient development and age-specific care needs, delivering care tailored to individual requirements.
  • Apply critical thinking in making sound decisions regarding patient care, including interpreting clinical data and making timely interventions.
  • Provide competent and compassionate care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those requiring post-procedural or chronic care.
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress, consult with specialists as needed, and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
