Lead Support Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC // Irving, TX // Islin, NJ Duration: 12 months VISA: hopeful to convert FTE // USC and GCH- if there is an outstanding H1B he is open to review Interview process: 1 round- panel interview Hybrid schedule
Must Haves: Lead experience 5+ years of ServieNow experience 5+ years of .Net or Java experience; diagnose 5+ years SQL experience troubleshooting queries Strong Windows experience Splunk queriesknowledge Ansible /Monitoring experience Grafana knowledge Experience in Unix/Python scripting Cloud Migration
Day to Day: Lead application support of production systems with a focus on incident management, problem management, change/release, and other ITIL based functions Lead discussions and collaboration with development and business teams and be able to develop a deep understanding of applications and business functionality Transform and mature services provided by the global team Drive adoption of core tool sets Supporting the Tier 1 IIS/.NET/SQL applications Strengthen the partnerships with development and business partners
