• Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the culinary team in food production, ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes.
• Develop and design innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while adhering to seasonal availability.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of meals during peak service times as needed.
