Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Motivate: Inspire and manage a team of store associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with local gyms, physiotherapy clinics, and businesses to increase store visibility and drive sales.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
Customer Engagement: Ensure a welcoming and informative environment for customers, helping them to select products that meet their needs.
Sales Strategy: Implement and monitor sales strategies to enhance store performance and profitability.
Team Development: Foster a positive working environment, providing training and development opportunities for staff.
