Salary: Minimum AUD $76,515 per annum plus superannuation Position DescriptionB&A TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD T/A CONSCIERRA is seeking a qualified and experienced Software Engineer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and technology solutions to support business operations and client requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyse, and evaluate software requirements and specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Write, modify, integrate, and debug software code.
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and database solutions.
• Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and system problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, and operational procedures.
• Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure software solutions meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in:
• Software Engineering
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• or a closely related field.

Work Experience Required

• At least 1 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Software Engineer or closely related occupation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, PHP, or similar.
• Experience with software development methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and web technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and within collaborative environments.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and secure coding practices.
