Job Description:
We are looking for a Director, Influencer Relations & Casting to join Highsnobiety’s creative agency, HS+, based in the Berlin office. Reporting to the VP Creative Production, the role will focus on leading the EU talent management team and developing our talent offering Globally.
YOUR MISSION:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead Highsnobiety’s EU talent relations team, and set the strategic vision for Highsnobiety’s influencer and talent management globally
  • Team Management: Mentor the EU talent managers, ensuring excellence in all talent-led campaigns and owning key client relationships
  • Relationship Building: Build, leverage and maintain industry relationships within the Talent community to expand HS+’s talent database incl Talents (Influencers, Creators, Artists, Models, etc.), Agents, Talent Agencies, Publicists, Managers, etc
  • Campaign Execution: Spearhead the execution of multi-channel activations featuring international talents, ensuring consistent growth and measurement of cultural influence
  • Cultural Insight: Maintain a deep understanding and network within Highsnobiety's cultural domains, spanning fashion, music, art, and design
  • Digital Prowess: Ensure the team stays ahead of the curve with emerging platforms and trends, leveraging a data-driven approach to optimize campaign performance
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate closely with strategy teams to integrate talent campaigns seamlessly within Highsnobiety's creative campaigns
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with tier 1 talents, and work closely with talent agencies, and other partners to secure favorable terms and partnerships


YOUR SKILLS:
  • Experience: Over the last 8+ years, you have worked across talent relations, influencer marketing, public relations, and other forms of community-based brand-building roles
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and craft long-term strategic visions
  • Campaign Success: Proven track record in executing impactful multi-channel activations with international talents
  • Cultural Acumen: In-depth knowledge and established network within Highsnobiety's cultural spheres.
  • Digital Savviness: A digital native with a data-driven mindset, well-versed in new and emerging platforms
  • Budget Management: Strong financial acumen with experience in managing influencer marketing budgets effectively
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in performance analysis, using data-driven insights to optimize talent campaigns
