Position: Head Chef / Kitchen Director – Lebanese Cuisine

premium Lebanese cuisine restaurant and are seeking an
exceptional Head Chef / Kitchen Director to lead the kitchen from the ground up.This is
not a standard head chef role. We are looking for a chef who has
deep, hands-on experience working in Lebanese restaurants, has
opened or helped open venues, and can
run the kitchen independently while building a strong team and culture around them.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for
every aspect of the kitchen operation, including but not limited to:
- Designing and executing an authentic yet modern Lebanese menu
- Managing daily kitchen operations end-to-end
- Leading prep, service, ordering, stock control, and cost management
- Recruiting, training, and managing kitchen staff
- Implementing systems, SOPs, and food safety standards
- Seasonal menu updates and innovation aligned with current food trends
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and speed at scale
What We’re Looking For- Extensive experience in Lebanese cuisine (traditional and contemporary)
- Proven background working long-term in Lebanese restaurants
- Experience opening new venues or building menus from scratch
- Ability to run the kitchen independently with minimal oversight
- Strong leadership, organisation, and cost-control skills
- Passion for food, innovation, and building something long-term
