Duties- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Utilise accounting software such as Xero to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain organised financial documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping to support overall office efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning activities.
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies regarding financial controls and procedures.
Skills- Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with accounting Xero is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with internal teams and external auditors.
