Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business efficiency.   • Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Utilise accounting software such as Xero to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain organised financial documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping to support overall office efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to organisational policies regarding financial controls and procedures.

Skills
  • Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with accounting Xero is essential.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with internal teams and external auditors.
