• Assist with sourcing and selecting suppliers in China.
• Place purchase orders accurately using our ERP systems
• Coordinate logistics and shipping schedules with Chinese suppliers to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities within ERP systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to forecast demand and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.

Skills

• Fluent in Mandarin with excellent communication skills for liaising with international suppliers.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, SAP ERP, JD Edwards, Oracle EBS, or AS400 is essential.
• Demonstrated experience with supply chain management, logistics coordination, and merchandising practices.
• Skilled in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and build long-term supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of procurement processes within ERP systems and familiarity with logistics operations.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
