You will have significant experience in audit, managing audit and audit-related projects, with strong technical skills regarding auditing standards and their practical application, including audit reporting matters.Responsibilities

• Manage and support the delivery of key Audit Methodology Projects, including guidance, proposed changes to the audit tool, and training.
• Write and update technical guidance and policies as part of general methodology projects.
• Respond to audit methodology queries from staff at all levels.
• Develop and deliver audit methodology training content relevant to key projects.
• Represent sectors by responding to sector-specific queries, providing sector training, and supporting the development of sector-specific content.
• Support the development and delivery of group learning sessions led by partners and managers in the audit stream.
• Conduct file reviews for internal quality control or testing purposes.
• Provide advice and ensure compliance with ISAs and the firm's audit methodology as part of the Audit Advisory team.
• Proactively consider upcoming developments and business needs related to audit methodology.
• Work on projects to create or enhance guidance, training, and materials for the audit stream.

Requirements

• ACA or similar professional accountancy qualification.
• Expertise in UK auditing standards.
