We are a global architecture practice working on large multi-unit residential, seniors living, commercial, hotel and mixed-use projects.

This role is based in our Sydney studio.We welcome applications from inside and outside Australia, however successful candidates must be willing to relocate and work in Sydney on a long‑term basis.

The Role

• Lead and contribute to concept design and design development
• Work on projects from early design stages through to authority planning approvals.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, clients, and consultants
• Balance design intent with real planning, feasibility, and delivery constraints

This Role Is For You If You

• Are genuinely design‑driven, not documentation‑led
• Can clearly articulate design intent, authorship, and decision‑making
• Have meaningful multi‑unit residential experience
• Want to relocate and embed yourself in a Sydney‑based studio
• Are looking for continuity, not a short‑term move

This Role Is Not

• A remote or hybrid‑from‑overseas position
• A short‑term relocation opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 years professional experience in architecture
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly articulate design intent to clients, consultants, and approval authorities
• Demonstrated design authorship (not just team participation)
• Multi‑Unit residential / Class 2 or 3 experience (design stages)
• Strong concept + DA‑stage portfolio
• Proficiency in Revit – minimum 3 years experience
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Sydney
• Commitment to working Sydney‑based long‑term
