Head of Financial Reporting & Enterprise Risk is a senior finance leadership role responsible for financial governance, statutory reporting, internal controls, compliance, and enterprise-wide risk management. The position typically reports to the CFO and works closely with executive leadership and the board.
Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting- Lead statutory and management reporting under NZ IFRS.
- Oversee month-end, year-end close, and audit processes.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and disclosures.
- Manage tax compliance, treasury, cash flow, and balance sheet integrity.
- Provide technical accounting advice to executives and business units.
Enterprise Risk Management- Own and maintain the enterprise risk framework.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report strategic and operational risks.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Present risk reports and insights to the Executive Team and Board.
- Promote a strong risk and compliance culture across the organization.
Leadership & Strategy- Lead and develop finance and risk teams.
- Drive finance transformation, automation, and process improvements.
- Support strategic planning, capital structure, and business growth initiatives.
- Partner with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Pay: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
