What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Technician at 45Drives, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality standards that keep our open-source storage solutions world-class. You won’t be buried in paperwork—you’ll be collaborating directly with teams, driving meaningful change, and building systems that work in the real world.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing internal audits and coordinating external audits.
• Implementing new quality systems and enhancing existing ones.
• Maintaining and updating documentation to reflect best practices.
• Handling change management across departments.
• Working with department managers to ensure quality systems are embedded into every corner of the company.
• Identifying gaps and coordinating with the training team to provide targeted retraining when needed.

About You:

Some addition skills that could help your application stand out are: ü A background in quality management with hands-on auditing experience. ü Familiarity with standards like ISO, AS9100, or NST audit programs. ü Bonus points if you bring cybersecurity knowledge paired with experience in quality management systems—that’s a powerful combo! ü Strong communication and organizational skills—you’ll be working with many different teams and perspectives. ü A drive to improve, not just maintain—you’re someone who constantly asks, “How can we make this better?”
