We’re partnering with a well-funded,
VC-backed AI startup building in the infrastructure space, and they’re looking for their first in-house recruiter. This is a founding role where you’ll do more than hire, you’ll build the
recruiting function from 1 → 10, working closely with leadership and shaping the team from day one. If you enjoy outbound, closing strong talent, and building systems from scratch, this could be a great fit.
💼 What you’ll be doing- Own end-to-end hiring across technical and business roles (with a strong focus on engineering)
- Drive aggressive outbound sourcing — build pipelines, craft messaging, and engage passive candidates.
- Partner closely with founders to define hiring needs and talent bar
- Close high-quality candidates, often with multiple competing offers
- Build and improve recruiting systems: workflows, outreach, ATS hygiene, and reporting
- Contribute to the broader People and hiring strategy as the company scales
🎯
What they’re looking for- 2–7 years of experience in recruiting, talent, or high-agency, people-facing roles (SDR, AE, partnerships, etc.)
- Experience in VC-backed startups or fast-paced environments (startup or VC talent team preferred)
- Strong background in technical recruiting (engineering, dev tools, infrastructure)
- Proven ability to run outbound and close top candidates
- Comfortable using AI tools to scale sourcing and outreach
- Excellent communication and strong judgment when it comes to talent

- Salary: $150K – $220K + competitive equity
- Visa: Open to H1B transfers / Can sponsor TN and Singaporean visa
