Fashion Designer

The Company An Australian-born fashion brand known for its trend-driven, feminine styles designed for the confident, social, and fashion-forward woman. The brand offers a wide range of apparel, including dresses, sets, swimwear, and occasionwear, and has built a strong global presence through its online-first approach and strong social media following. It’s particularly popular among Gen Z and millennial customers for its fast-moving collections, bold designs, and accessible price points.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, trend-led brand with a global following. The customer is confident, youthful, and social — and we’re looking for someone who is her, understands her, and designs for her with instinct.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop designs that align with marketing strategies and business goals
• Research trends and market narratives to create mood boards and designs
• Collaborate with the Buyer and Product Manager to finalise range lines, ensuring designs are on-brand
• Conduct visual and quality control checks on samples prior to production
• Work with the Product, Creative, and Buying teams to ensure smooth collaboration from design to production

What We Need...

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar fashion design role (ideally within womenswear)
• A strong eye for trends, silhouettes, and what’s next in the global fashion scene
• A love for designing bold, feminine, and on-brand pieces that resonate with our audience
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sydney — this is an office-based role (Monday–Friday)
