About the RolePort Wine Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Stonemason to join our team on a full-time basis to support ongoing rural construction and restoration projects on a working mixed-farming property located on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. This is a long-term skilled role involving stone construction, fencing, eco-retreat development, and repairs and restoration of farm outbuildings. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Cutting, shaping, and laying stone for construction and restoration works
• Constructing and repairing stone walls and structural masonry elements
• Building rural fencing and property infrastructure
• Assisting in the construction of eco-retreat buildings and related structures
• Repairing and maintaining farm outbuildings and rural infrastructure
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Ensuring compliance with Australian building and safety standards
• Maintaining tools and equipment and following workplace safety procedures
• Working independently and contributing to long-term construction projects

Skills and Experience Required

• Trade qualification in Stonemasonry (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in structural stone construction and masonry work
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work full-time in a rural environment
• Willingness to commit to a long-term ongoing position
