You’ll support NDIS participants and community clients acrossa diverse and meaningful caseload, including Functional CapacityAssessments, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications, ongoing therapy, andcommunity-based interventions. Our referrals continue to grow, and we are looking for an OTs who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client outcomes. You’ll work across client homes, community settings, andremotely for report writing and administrative tasks — giving you the flexibility to structureyour week in a way that works for both you and your clients. What You’ll Do Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments Complete Assistive Technology assessments andrecommendations Undertake Home Modification assessments and reports Deliver community-based occupational therapy interventions Support clients to improve independence, mobility, safety, andquality of life Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, casemanagers, and other health professionals Build meaningful long-term relationships with clients and theirsupport networks What You’ll Need Degree in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration or eligible to register with AHPRA Current driver’s licence Reliable vehicle (travel reimbursement available) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check (or willingnessto obtain) Strong communication and report writing skills Ability to work independently in community settings Experience in NDIS, home modifications, aged care,rehabilitation, or community OT is highly regarded.
