Begin date: 4/1/2025 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 10 Job Duties: General landscaping and tree care maintenance including: Mow, cut, water, and edge lawns; rake and blow leaves; dig holes for bushes and planting; pull/chop weeds; prune/haul topsoil and mulch. Use hand and/or power tools or equipment, such as chainsaws, skid steers, stump grinders and chippers to perform a wide range of tree care and maintenance services, including pruning, trimming, stump grinding, clearing and chipping tree debris and disposing of tree debris. Ensure that the work area beneath and around the trees is clear and property marked to ensure safety of public. Work limited to tree trimming and pruning at the ground level. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day. Entry level. Job Classification: 37-3011.00 - Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers Experience Required: No Special Requirements: Saturday work required, when necessary. Hours may vary and overtime required based on weather and project need. Workers must be able to lift and carry weights of up to 50 lbs. when necessary, such as with mulch, fertilizer, or other materials. They should have the capability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials needed to complete their assigned tasks. The employer will rely on workers' self-representations and observations to assess whether they meet this requirement. The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). On-the-job training will not be provided. Drug testing and post-hire background check may be required after hire but before the commencement of employment at the employers expense for all workers, both U.S./domestic and H-2B workers. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company's sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill, or tenure. Travel to Brightview offices and worksite locations in Maricopa County of Arizona. Number of Hours Per Week: 35 Work Schedule (Start/End time): 8:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
