Casual Early Childhood Educator

Our centre is a 48 place service with a wonderful supportive team which is privately run. The unique location of The Lookout Early Education Centre on the Sydney Harbour foreshore, enables us to provide excursions and bush walks for our children that allow a range of learning opportunities around nature and the local environment. Our Back to Bush program has the children out exploring their glorious backyard.We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident part time and casual educators to join our casual team.The right candidate would have responsibility for, as a minimum, the following

• Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations.
• Working in accordance with the requirements of the Children (Education and Care Services National Law Application) Bill 2010, Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care.
• Working in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Early Childhood Australia.
• Implementing the services’ philosophy in undertaking all other duties.
• Working in accordance with the policies and associated procedures of the organisation.
• Facilitating the implementation of contemporary, research-based practices at the service

Pay: $35,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
