We're seeking an experienced flooring professional to join our team as a Flooring Manager/Foreman. This key role combines hands-on skills with project coordination - you'll be responsible for accurate job measurements, working with our quoting team on pricing, and ensuring correct materials are ordered for every project. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Conducting precise on-site measurements for flooring jobs * Working closely with our quoting manager to ensure accurate job pricing * Collaborating with our operations hub to verify correct materials are ordered * Installing all flooring types (carpet, vinyl, laminate, LVT planks, carpet tiles) * Inspecting and preparing floor surfaces before installation * Carefully checking job specifications and materials before starting work * Performing quality floor prep (grinding, levelling, spot filling) * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety We're Looking For Someone With: * Proven flooring installation experience across all product types * Strong attention to detail, especially in measurements * Ability to work effectively with office teams on pricing and materials * Solid problem-solving skills for on-site challenges * Professional communication skills * Reliability and ability to work independently * Full driver's license (company vehicle provided) * Willingness to travel for out-of-town jobs when required What We Offer: * Company vehicle for work use * Competitive pay and benefits * Varied work across residential and commercial projects * Supportive team environment * Sponsorship available for qualified overseas applicants If you're an experienced flooring professional who enjoys both hands-on work and project coordination, we'd like to hear from you.
