Corporate M&A Associate – Relocation Opportunity (Sydney or Melbourne) 1–7 PQE An excellent opportunity has arisen for Corporate M&A lawyers currently based in London who are open to relocating to Sydney or Melbourne to join a top‑tier Australian law firm with a market‑leading corporate practice. This tier-1 firm is keen to speak with associates across the 1–7 PQE range (UK level) with experience in public and/or private M&A. The teams advise major Australian and international corporates, private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds, and financial institutions on complex, high‑value transactions across Australia and the wider Asia‑Pacific region. This role is particularly well suited to:

• Australian or New Zealand‑qualified lawyers currently in the UK looking to return home, and
• UK‑qualified Corporate M&A lawyers
