Full Job Description

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Work on data ingestion pipelines including real-time data streams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate large-scale datasets into Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Implement and maintain data ingestion from various sources including Snowflake, Agentforce, and other enterprise platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Develop scalable and efficient data models aligned with business needs.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and Data Cloud enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Genie/CDP).
• Proven experience in data ingestion and stream processing.
• Familiarity with data integration
• Experience from platforms such as Snowflake and Agentforce.
• Proficient in working with data streams and APIs for data ingestion.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud or integration.
• Experience with ETL tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of Mulesoft, Kafka, or similar streaming platforms.
