- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults and process breakdowns proactively

Key Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled maintenance activities across the Southern Riverina region
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults and process breakdowns proactively
- Follow established safety protocols while mentoring and training apprentices
- Identify opportunities for improving plant and equipment reliability and efficiency
- Engage in root cause analysis of breakdowns and contribute to process improvement efforts
- Complete all required safety, quality, and task documentation electronically
- Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives to create a safer workplace
Essential Requirements: - NSW-recognised Electrical Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Engineering – Electrical/Electronic Trade or equivalent)
- Valid Electrical License
- Current Driver’s License
Highly Desirable Skills: - PLC programming experience
- Industrial diagnostic and fault-finding expertise
- Proficient computer literacy
- Strong mechanical understanding
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong commitment to safety and work ethic, with problem-solving ability and initiative
- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to changing work demands
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle extended hours during harvest in line with fatigue management guidelines
