We are hiring a full-time Seafood Department Manager Trainee to develop into a future department leader. • Live and fresh seafood handling and processing

You will rotate through all operational areas before stepping into a leadership role.⸻Responsibilities

• Assist with daily seafood processing and preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Monitor inventory and restock products
• Support merchandising and product display
• Provide customer service and product recommendations
• Learn cost control and department performance tracking

⸻Qualifications

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle seafood products
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Chinese speaking preferred but not required
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Raleigh, NC
