Branch Manager to join our team. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring an efficient, high-quality service for all customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the booking of MOTs, services, and repair work.
- Distribute and control the workload of a skilled team of technicians and MOT testers, maximising workshop efficiency and quality output.
- Ensure customers are kept informed throughout their vehicle’s service, from booking to completion.
- Handle customer queries with confidence, both face-to-face and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Produce accurate invoices for completed work.
- Manage stock, including tyre orders and fast-fit parts, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Lead and manage staff, promoting a positive, collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Fast Fit/Retail Automotive industry, ideally in a similar management role.
- Strong knowledge of tyre fitting, service repairs, and MOT processes.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle queries effectively and professionally.
- Experience in staff management and team coordination.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
