AI systems engineer

Job Description:We are actively recruiting motivated individuals to join as AI Systems Engineers in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in artificial intelligence and IT.Full training will be provided starting May 6th, 2025. Successful candidates will receive a 3-year Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship, and are welcome to bring dependants (spouse and children). Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications and services.
• Support the integration of machine learning models into production systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines for training, validation, and real-time inference.
• Monitor AI systems in production, perform diagnostics, and troubleshoot performance or reliability issues.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to support end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Participate in the testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI system components.
• Implement best practices for version control, model tracking, and reproducibility of results.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards when handling sensitive datasets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills – written and spoken English
• Basic understanding of IT concepts or background in Computer Science (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment
• Willingness to relocate to the UK and begin training on May 6th, 2025
• Commitment to completing the training and pursuing a full-time career in AI
