OverviewJob description:
Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, and visuals on the website and online marketplaces for example on Amazon, Shopify. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent stockouts or overstock. Optimise product pages with SEO-friendly content, focusing on beauty trends and industry keywords. Process online orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet revenue targets.
Manage discounts, promotions, and loyalty programs tailored to beauty customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement customer retention strategies, such as personalised recommendations or beauty tips
Monitor and analyse website traffic, sales trends, providing actionable insights. Ensure all product claims comply with regulatory guidelines in the beauty industry. Generate sales reports, highlighting performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
Experience- 1-2 years in a similar job role.
