- 8+ years' experience with a reputable civil contractor, with strong emphasis on piling (all types)
- Experience in self-delivered works and managing specialist subcontractors (highly advantageous)
- Proven ability to run and drive successful piling projects, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
