Our team in Wellington are looking for a Field Service Technician - Access/EWP who is trade-qualified or who has significant relevant experience to assess, repair and maintain our heavy equipment at a variety of sites around the Wellington region. For this role, it is important you also have previous work experience repairing and maintaining Access/EWP equipment. For this role, it is important you also have previous work experience repairing and maintaining Access/EWP equipment. - Repair and maintenance of a wide variety of access equipment, including: scissor lifts, cherry pickers and boom lifts etc.
- Provide expert assistance to colleagues and customers in the workshop, our branches, and on customers sites
- Carry our planned maintenance and repairs in the branch workshop
Job Details: Ideally, we want to recruit suitable and available NZ workers. - 1 x Heavy Diesel Mechanic (321212) in New Plymouth (called a Field Service Technician)
- The role is permanent full-time position working 40hrs per week (min/max)
- Work will be allocated on a rostered basis - the branch is open Monday - Saturday
- $38ph - $42ph based on the following:
- Skills - experience working with machinery (specifically: diagnosis, repair and maintenance), a full driver licence, and basic computer skills
- Qualification - a relevant trade qualification (e.g. machinery, engineering etc.)
- Experience - at least 3yrs working with a variety of product types (e.g. petrol, diesel, small and heavy etc.), including at least 2yrs experience with access/EWP gear
