Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
OR an ACECQA-approved education qualification - VIT and Working with Children Check
Tasks & responsibilities- implement a quality educational program reflective of the principles, practices, and outcomes in the EYLF and VEYLDF
- Promote the health and safety of children and staff using embedded practices such as supervision, medical management plans, risk management plans, and policies to uphold the health and wellbeing of children and staff
- Actively engage with families and the local community to form collaborative partnerships and implement this into the kindergarten and centre's program
- Critically reflect and contribute to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan based on the National Quality Standards
